Some Different Thoughts

PTSC past/current mgt are sitting on quite a few options/shares.  They have been waiting for payday for quite some time.   I think Pohl may have sold a few.  Don't believe anyone else has.

So, my question is this.  Did they also get blindsided by the pps action following trial settlement?  When are these entities going to sell?  Are they all waiting for some specific point in time to sell? Some magic pps?  M&A? USPTO approval?  It seems like no one has acted independantly to sell any.  Do they all have a similar vision of the time to sell?

And I wonder to what extent waiting so long for their payday has any impact on the type of M&A that might be considered.  There is M&A that holds risk, but potential for great rewards down the road.  Then there is M&A that has minimal risk with more immediate positive impact on pps.  Turley might be a visionary seeing potential down the road, but that may not be what others want in any M&A, including me.    All IMHO   Opty
