I know I came across as picking on you and I probably was because of your self-professed previous non-position in the stock that didn't stop you from posting about perceived "warts" on ptsc. Now that you say you are a sh I notice your posts aren't quite as negative.

That being said, it is a source of irritation for me to have a poster come on here and say "ptsc can do this and not breach the NDA" (which has happened many times). Bottom line is that unless you have read the NDA you cannot say this PERIOD. You may think you know what is in the NDA, but pretty much it may contain ANY restriction as long as we were willing to sign off on it.

As for the substance of your post I don't think there is any clear cut answer for how Friday's announcements will be viewed. If Goerner is viewed as as a much stronger CEO candidate than Turley that will be a positive. However will that offset the perception that we have just been treading water regarding m/a? There are of course a lot of twists and turns you can throw in there - Pohl, is this an indication that we are actually much closer to m/a, etc., etc. I'm sutre this board will cover every conceivable scenario, and then some, over the weekend.
