The new CEO with his qualification and background will most likely help PTSC.

I believe RG with the background and the know how will jump start (if needed) PTSC into a contender. I simply believe after being in business (although not in the High tech.) for over 25 years, that having a qualified, knowledgeble person for the right job will get good results. JT was a very smart person, but CEO is not what his specialty was or matched his specific skills. RG appears to have the skills and has proven himself in the past. Many here would like him to do with PTSC what he has done elsewhere.

I am actually excited about the change. Nothing against JT personally, just that it appeared that things were not moving as quickly as many would like, including myself. Whether this is JT fault or not, he was the CEO.
