The second paragraph of the 8-k lists their options. Perhaps they should get on with options #1 and #2; and if #2 does not work, move to option #3. I may have missed it before, but I thought it noteworthy that they could file ``for a review of Fogel`s order with the Federal Circuit Court``. Sounds like appeal language to me.
