Your statement makes no sense to me. Sounds like bashing. Why would they intentionally hurry? Why would they want to hide the numbers? Are they so pitifully low that Alliasence is going around to clients that they have been negotiating with for 6 or 12 months and offering a fire sale if they sign today? Perhaps they should have offered a fire sale price to the T3 and saved the legal expenses? Do you have answers to these questions?
