if not for Swarcz PTSC would be a bancrupt company long ago and the creditors would be ownin

 teh rights to the MMP and not teh shareholders.

Swarcz should not care about any interests but his own.  

 I doubt any of us do.

when activities of people like Swartz become widely known, no company can afford to have ties to them anymore; as long as his activities were kept under radar, PTSC leadership team was in bed with him, actually signing papers to ensure that his activities are protected by 'sanctity of contract' BS...
