Thanks for the reply, Brian. Follow up questions -

Due to AMD`s participation I would think we might actually have money to pay our attorneys. I would think this could ultimately save us a ton of money - paying on an hourly basis may actually be cheaper than giving a percent of a possible 8 or 9 figure settlement. Agree? Actually the key to my question to ron was the contingency basis part of it. But your post provoked the above thought.

Any idea how Intel`s license with Moore reflects on ``prior infringement``? I would think that since we initiated things, we have first right to any licensing/infringement moneys due from the years of past infringment. This, of course goes against common sense in a way because Intel would have basically been castrating themselves when they signed the Moore license if my hypothesis is true. What do you think?
