Johnson sits on the BOD to represent Swartz interests, not Patriots. Johnson may be a contributing factor in the decision making processes at Patriot (and tasked with reporting back to Swartz on progress made), but I`d shudded to think him in a key leading position, setting agenda and priorities or the company. That`d tell me the other BOD`s are Nancy boys, relegated lapdogs, so to speak, and I dont think we`re there....just yet.
