While I understand your reasoning, can you reconcile the comment from letter to the shareholders released in January with the counts that you note. Here's the blurb from the letter:

"In 2007, TPL brought in 20 new licensees, bringing the total licenses to Patriot through our licensing joint venture to 34."

From that I understand them to be saying at the end of 2007 there were 34 licenses sold. Since the end of 2007 there has been Humax, Psion, Tokyo Electron, Direct TV, Mattel, and AMO. I count 40 total based on that. While the company contradicts the letter to the shareholders and based on yesterday's PR, would indicate 41 total.

Just wondering if you are considering this train of thought and if you have an explanation that would make sense of it. I don't. I've asked the company to explain, but I'm sure like most responses, it'll be days before I get any back, and have little expectation of a clear unabiguous response, though hopefully Hawk will surprise me.
