Swartz and other investors like him who bought very low and are now selling/dumping into news. The market is tired of seeing the SP fall when good news is reported. The company is currently "purging itself" of the anxious sellers. More signings will help our momentum as it did in December - all the cash Patriot is taking in can't be ignored for long. Positive news from the USPTO and a "big name" signer will really catapult the SP IMO.
