Agoracom stated that it was permissable for borredo to post his notice here, but I'm sure that at this time he is not on the boardand I do not think there will any objection to its being posted by me.  The following was posted by borredo earlier today:

"Over the years I came to know and love a lot of members on this board, some of you knew that my wife of 46 years was fighting cancer for this last year. She lost her battle Friday and is now in heaven. (She fought the good fight)
