"In 2007, TPL brought in 20 new licensees, bringing the total licenses to Patriot through our licensing joint venture to 34. Humax of Korea and Psion of the UK became our first licensees in 2008, following a busy 2007 year end that brought in four licenses in 10 days."

Basd on that, I understood there were 34 licenses signed as of 12/31/07, so extra entities of the J3 are already included in the 34. Counting those licenses announced since then, we have Humax, Psion, Tokyo Electron, Direct TV, and now Mattel. Should be 39 per the info issued by the company. What am I missing?
