What bothers me right now, is that the SP is dictating (to me at least) that Patriot does not have a plan B in place. It appears hey put all their eggs in the B&O basket, they thought they`d get it all. Welll BZZZZZT! WRONG!. They were dealt a blow they didn`t expect, all from errors councel made - expereienced councel that was on board OVER A YEAR + BEFORE, having extensive time to plan, converse, strategize, and agonize of the smallest detail. I shake my head to think we lost this at the front end legal strategy and execution. Anyone convince me that Patriot actually wanted this crew and their diplomas didn`t come from offshore, perhaps Grenada?
I guess Beattie`s arrogance rubbed off, or visa versa. Either that, or Beatties a damn good salesman. If that`s the case, he should be selling cars, not presenting before a judge...Something we found after the fact that he just can`t get done.
This is just unconsionable.
Where was Patriots`s insistence on a back up plan no matter how things appeared to be going?...Apparently nowhere to be found....so far.
I hold the BOD responsible for that. They have a duty to be fully involved and acting the way Corporate officers should - with primary plans and secondary contingencies. We have a CMC comeing up in a little over a month and there`s nothing about who will be on our side whan we go to court.
Instead, we`ve been treated to name piracy games being played, and short-term share runs strategies through considered payment to touts. Now more than ever, they should be approaching the shareholder with information, as to what they`re doing andf where they`re going - laying down real roadmaps.
I wouldn`t mind voting a few of them the heck out to pasture, but we both know that won`t happen. Golden rule`s still in effect. Still, I don`t mind sending a resounding NO vote to wake up the easy chair sized butts down there - that we do expect a bit more defensive, cogent, contingent thinking, and that they need to take a look at realistic solutions to current issues that bring SUSTAINING shareholder value.

Kind regards.
(PS - The Pizza`s burnt, too damn small, has cheap ketchup for sauce and the cheese is fake. Any where the heck did these anchovies come from?)
