While I doubt the Markman would be directly transferable to NDCa.. I would guess a Markman Ruling handed down by a very respected Judge Ward of the EDTX would carry a lot of weight in any Federal Court.. not the least of which being used as a reference tool for a different (NDCa) Fed Judge..
