As you point out, a dividend is most likely to produce only short term results and Management needs to clearly focus for the long term. Flip-flopping aroung with decisions would also not look good. And if April is good the 8mil. spent for the pre-pop would be unecessary,imo.

If you're going to spend $8mil. you might as well buy a private co. that makes a couple mil. At least you get a return on investment.

Or... if you are somewhat assured that downward pressure from S/L or SB-2 offering is near the end and have confidence in USPTO results, I would have Turley on the phone with each and every investment/Fund manager that could possibly buy our stock. And the next couple times TPL brings a high profile licensee contract I would send it back offering to waive our share of the fee for a joint PR announcing the signing etc. Would be worth the $8mil. for the exposure it could bring us.
