What is hard for me to understand, is when I look at a company like TiVo. TiVo has never reported a profit, ever. They have a negative EPS, yet they trade @ close to $9/share, $800M + market Cap. How do you calculate the multiple for a stock when they have a negative EPS? LOL And here we sit, profitable, and well you know the story.
