Dave - Deb.....Back in the EDIG days PTSC was the sister Co that most investors would not touch....Like you mentioned with TIVO , EDIG seemed to be spoken everwhere....

PTSC never rented out the Calif arts center in Escondito/main hall for a SHM....I was there and if was like being in Lincoln center.....

I have been wrong before but not this time....Jt imo wants to leave his imprint....This is some challenge for him and he seemed to be successful before , so i say he is playing big....

Hoffamn/Hawk  IMO have had their hands tied....Could i be wrong that they only do what they are told.....
