Check your math.  Using your numbers, $7-10M each, three opponents, that would be $10M-15M out of PTSC alone, not "'bout 30 Million coming out of PTSC alone".  And, as others point out, that would be for a full trial, over two-three years, with the max coming near the end.  You know, the end, which would probably come well after the USPTO is done with everything. 

Why do people keep bringing this up?  And blowing it way out of proportion?  And why don't they point out that it amounts to spending $10M to maybe get $100M+?  Cripes!
