It looks like Syntax Brillian may be headed for bankrupsy. Their creditor's have imposed interest rates and restictions that seem destined/designed to force the company into bankrupsey. At the very least, BRLC will need to sell the Vivitar Camera division for which they paid 26m. Might be a good acquisition and fit for PTSC. Vivitar also has a bag full of patents.
