I agree..I think this was a creative way to force ADR with the possibility of reducing the cost of the license via ADR or other settlement - it may be a good use of funds from their standpoint.  The question is, however, does PTSC take the bait?..or do we "kick the @#$%" out of the new inmate to send a message to the yard / general population and expend the necessary funds to do so..it would be nice if the UPTSO decision would swing in our favor in the interium or we get another large infringer on the hook..this would make the strategy more clear in my thinking as to which way to go..
