Ok, just for the hell of it, I looked up 3 companies that I believe most will agree are reputable companies that have been sued in the United States District Court of Northern California. All 3 were defendants.
Leung vs. Apple – filed 08/13/2007 – No Apple PR notifying shareholders of litigation.

Wang vs. IBM – filed 09/21/2007 – No IBM PR notifying shareholders of litigation.

Brazil, et all vs. Dell – filed 3/23/2007 – No Dell PR notifying shareholders of litigation.

These were the first 3 I looked up, randomly, not having any litigation knowledge or ownership of shares of any of the 3 defendants. It looks to me that it is common practice to not issue a PR as soon as one is listed as a defendant in a case. C’mon people, let’s not make a mountain out of a mole hill. And some wonder why I didn’t bring this info to the board last week without having more knowledge. Hopefully tomorrow brings a new topic.
Good night. Good luck to you, me, us, and all longs.
