what do you think about the filed lawsuits?

IMO, we had to expect that sooner or later that other companies try to file a lawsuit. However, I am little bit amazed, that they start such actions after the settlement actions with the J3. Whatever the amount will be, IMO, the reached settlement the MMP is confirmed herewith by the J3. Hope to get results from the PTO soon to verify the MMP, so together with the MH from TX ACER will get some trouble......

Is there a possibility for TPL to break down the lawsuits very quickly or do we have to go the usual legal way which means patients and more time for us retail shareholders again?
