Whenever something goes to court I become concerned.

Often I've wondered why the SP has suffered under recent devolpments which have been almost totally positive. The recent lawsuits seem to be the answer. With the Markets ear always to the ground. I doubt this is really news to those in the know.

There is 'probably' some stone left un-turned and instead of capitulate the prospective licensees are taking an alternate route. We may just have a trial after-all.

Having said all of the above. I leave you with a few thoughts.

PTSC has a tangible product. ( not a 'pie in the sky' maybe product )

Reverse engineering makes nearly any SOC ( System On Chip ) application seem 'stone aged'.

Markman Hearing results.

Licensees to this point. Some very remarkable and prestigious companies are already signed.

No Debt. No Warrants. PROBABLY over $ 50 million in the bank. ( very conservative number )

I've only covered the most obvious and could have even missed a couple highlights. Add to this , IMO, the company has been 'very' honest about their dealings.
