I think maybe we're suggesting the same thing. You'll note that in my babble I did not say to whom or how "the numbers" would be released. Though I guess it may be implied that I meant "to the world", I didn't go off on "and we'll know the numbers early/before 4/9". I was thinking, at minimum, to the court in a covert fashion to attack the merit of the T3 cases. But I also thought maybe disclosing to the T3 themselves. In either case, under NDA or other legal protection. But I did have thoughts of "to the world" as well, as reflected in the "saving face" bit.

So, by the above, are you suggesting that the interest would be in disclosing the J numbers to the court and only the court in an effort to destroy the merit of a possible/probable claims that our team has not been negotiating in good faith?
