IMO, it's a whole lot of someones that can't read past, or more to the point, think through the "headlines". They instantly think "This must be really bad", without recognizing the fact (IMO) that PTSC/TPL hasn't damaged any of these "plaintiffs". After I catch up on posts (I'm about a page and a half behind), I'll opine more on this.

But here is a good spot to again point something out to EVERYONE - the thing that so many continually deny - POSTS HERE MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

Today we saw a significant drop. I wasn't able to watch the "minute-by-minute" trading action today, so I don't know exactly when the drop truly materialized. But what thing happened today? Oh, we found out about this new potential litigation via a post, right here, by Kiddtrader. I don't know if he posted it anywhere else concurrently, but suspect it appeared here first, then others spread it around. What I do know is that this "news" has been available, apparently, for over a week.

Was this "news" the catalyst for the drop in PPS? Where was this "news" first shared? Right cheer! How obvious is that?

This is the second time where this sort of thing so obviously happened, and where I've made this observation known. And the prior situation was nearly identical, except the "outdated unknown news" became available - HERE - in the face of good news.

Relatively (in a realtime world) old news, that has been available for a considerable amount of time, becomes known via a single post on this forum, and the PPS suffers.

Tell me again how a post here can make no difference. This, of course is not directed at you or anyone in particular (except maybe my buddy Head, but he already knew the reality).
