Where's the added risk?

Somebody please tell me. I see none at all whatsoever. Unless you consider fronting litigation costs as "significant", even though - one way or another - we'll recover those costs at absolute minimum.

So, no added risk IMO. This is much ado about very little IMO, in the way of negatives. As for possible/probable positives - I already posted about that (and I see no arguments from the naysayers - who again resort to the "PTSC doing nothing speak". Of course they may all have me on ignore! LOL).

Again, I see no risk here beyond what already existed. This is a blocking manuever only. We have done nothing to impact their business or cause any harm. So damages (inherent to such litigation - a civil suit) would be based on ???? (we want too much money for enabling how much profit to them?).

IMO, people are not thinking this through.
