We have no idea how many companies have been negotiating(disputing) and for how long. With the USPTO reviews and all the labor intensive efforts required to sign just one licensee,especially on a global basis.......I can't help but wonder what impact this had on the J3 mediations and eventual settlement.

I have to assume that the apparent firm stance TPL has taken in regard to negotiating with these three companies is further indication of the ultimate strength of the MMP. These three may be the plaintiffs, but their actions are done in self defense.LOL
