imho someone is eventually going to get us in the court room in fron of a jury, untill pto and maybe even after, so why not go ahead n do it;  hate to let a few get lost in appeals, but that's the nature of the beast.

Yes... I couldn't find it, but they've said companies are coming forward now in fear of 'supply chain disruption' so we could be already playing hardball.
