BTW, in the case I just previously cited...the Markman and the trial were postponed till the USPTO ruled on the re-exam. IMO this will happen on this case also, if my assumption holds true of the tranfer of the case to Texas. In the end it only buys time for them and adds some more expense to the TPL/PTSC balance sheet, if the trial is heard. Overall it ,to me at least, looks like we're asking/demanding a lot more $$$$$$$$ than we may have in the past.
