May I interrupt your discussion for just one second...;-))?
To me the two positions are plain simple and cannot be discussed to an end at THIS time:
On the one side we have those, who still think BoD honestly did/does the best they can do, to get rid of the company's "death financing history", all the litigation stuff and are trying to build up new business - and the last two years were the hard, but correct way (from a legal, but maybe not from a moral point of view - but who ever believed, money business was about moralism...?) to reach a better position for PTSC's future.
On the other side we have those, who doubt, that BoD was/is doing their best job - and suspect, the last two years were the WRONG way to reach a better position for PTSC's future.
Though a lot of facts speak for the first assumption, we have no final proof of it. So I think, it's more than understandable, a lot of people are getting suspicious, that maybe the BoD was/is NOT acting honestly and didn't do the right things to put PTSC in a better position.
Thus the legendary "April numbers" MUST clear this unpleasant situation. From a communication's point of view I do NOT like this "forced and narrowed" look on ONE event ("It's the April numbers!") to measure and estimate a company's situation.
As I stated before in one of my posts, the company must be very, very sure, that they have great facts to present, because otherwise the disappointment will grasp (right word?) those shareholders, who have been trustful and positive about the BoD so far. In this (bad) case I'm sure, the company will have to face more than angry shareholder letters - then IMHO it's time to act more powerful...
Again I hope, that the BoD follows a master plan in what they are doing, but again: Noone knows definitely, if they do, we all speculate - the one more positive, the other more negative, ones more rational, others more emotional. So we all should be more tolerant at each other.
Couldn't we agree to speak about "something completely different" on this board the next six weeks...lol...?
