The date changed with the agreement of the warrant buyout. JT and E Swartz made a deal for the buyback and the agreement, in my opinion, and stated to a very well known stockholder, that he had no more to do with an M/A and PTSC business. He agreed to let his authority go.
This is what he stated:
told me directly that he does NOT have Any say anymore in M&A activities at PTSC.
He said that when he agreed to convert all outstanding warrants he forfeited his right to have input in any of the operations at PTSC.
