When JT and Swartz decided on the buyback of the warrants, (per the conversation between Deb and Swartz at the SHM October 2007) he had no further say-so. This conversation was between Swartz and Deb (a long shareholder) and there was absolutely no reason for Swartz to lie to her, nor is there any reason for Deb to lie to any of us. She would not do that.
