Previous year Q filing = Friday April 20, 2007

Licensing rate may be all that matters until ~ April 20.

Average rate for this Q is 1.3 licenses per week - counting settlement. That compares to no more than 5 licenses total in any one of the last 4 Qs = .4 per week. 

1.3/.4 = 3.25   We are seeing over a 300% improvement in the licensing rate.

Recommendation: Shop Early !
