All JMHO, but his threatened action is the height of stupidity.  This is unless he can explain exactly how such action would benefit us.  What possible outcome would improve the situation?

If Head can't come up with an extremely wise, reasonable response - in a real big hurry, I intend to use the ignore feature for the very first time, and I suggest EVERYONE else do likewise.
