SPE didn't have 5.6 mil in warrants. Reread the notes again. Both Lincoln and Swartz are under note 8, which is 5 mil in warrants. Note 9 pertains to the directors and officers as a group.

Aug. 31st I can agree with. So my 100K of daily avg. shares is off and the proposed share amt. going forward from Jan. 1st would be lower also. The other numbers I stand by.
