B-Lunist...anyone considered an insider with privy information cannot buy or sell...that would prevent two insiders from trading between each other.
On the other hand if I was Swartz and was "insightful enough" to the company to know where they were headed in M&A...I wouldn't have a problem selling my PTSC and putting the money to good use acquiring public entities that MAY BE being looked at.
Now that may cause a stir...LOLOLO ...just another JMO.
