Did the BOD ever discuss why they did not cancel trading in Germany?

This thing about "naked shorting in Germany" is absolutely BS! 

I had some mail conversation with the lawyers from the Berlin exchangein the last months and they confirmed, what I knew already (but wanted them to confirm it from their legal side):

NAKED SHORTING IS NOT ALLOWED IN GERMANY!!!!!

The opposite is a fact according to their mails: Naked shorting is a defect/failure in the US-american control system.

I don't have the time to translate the mails I received from the lawyer from the Berlin exchange, but I hope you believe me.
