COMMERCIALIZATION AGREEMENT - TPL & PTSC

I have been wondering if any part of this agreement is now in dispute, reflecting poor SP action.

Interesting read from 6/28/2006. The agreement includes some cash flow arrangements for covering TPL's costs.

Not everything is in this document: *** Indicates material omitted pursuant to an application for confidential treatment and that material has been filed separately with the Commission.
