IMO, the most important reex. will be the 336 patent followed by the 548 and the 148. Sure all patents are important, but the core patent is the 336. Here, we still don't know if a claim etc. has been rejected by USPTO.

In case of the 148 some claims have been rejected not the patent in total. Similar to the 584. However, concnering the 584 we a "lost" the MH and due to my knowledge the important claim 29 has been rejected.

Therefore, all ongoing reex. have to be treated differently as the basis for the outcome and the possibilities of TPL are different.
