I do not believe we would have seen that much different an award, not to mention bypassing all the cloak and dagger crap we have experienced. Really makes you wonder what they were thinking settling so close to trial date. I guess it can make you worry as well, if they knew they had them by the shorts then why not go for the jugular in court.

We had an incredibly strong Markman and several big name signings in our pocket. I hope we did not drop our pants because of a high TPL cash burn rate. That is very possible, we agree to take less and they don't get to delay on appeal.......

Still the question is, how much did we get?.....Gotta wait till April!!
