I might be able to agree with you on the points in your post, but how in the world can we judge our board members when we are not knowledgeable about their performance?
We really don't know whose making what decisions, whose saying what, or whose voting for what. Neither do we know what kind of help JT and NT are receiving nor from whom. That sort of leaves us in limbo regarding rewards and punishments, doesn't it?
I do hope that CJ goes simply because it will end the Swartz connection.
