I'm curious can someone explain why we need the Dutton firm analize and give an financial opinion on PTSC. Back in April, May and June 2007 PTSC was rated as a NEUTRAL buy by Duttton now its is rated HIGHLY SPECULATIVE. As I recall when this firm was hired there was a fee of $35,000. + for their services. As stated earlier what purpose do they serve would someone be nice enough to explain?
