cant wait....it really does not make sense for an insider like s&l to sell when the news appears to be all good.....though you would not know we have had a run of awesome news over the last year. my hope is that a condition for being qiven the dividends was for S&L to remove/reduce their vast holdings of the stock. but one never knows with this well managed company. we did get a somewhat appologetic response from our BOD for not releasing a follow up pr on our financials. i personally think this just adds more clouds to the weakness factor in overall management. pohls resignation is probably a non event but the way our BOD handles the release of the information without a formal PR at least thanking him for his services leads again to the constant nagging question of "what is going on". way to much secrecy for a public company....

"red flag"? should not be but like everything else with this group it makes, at least this investor....wonder what the heck is going on.......is there anyway we can outsource our managment and pr groups to india?
