Amen to that. I don't know if CJ's involvement with Phoenix Digital would preclude such a move. Would TPL have to approve a successor or would any warm body do? 

We and TPL each own 50% of the membership interests of Phoenix Digital, and each of us has the right to appoint one member of the three member management committee. The two appointees are required to select a mutually acceptable third member of the management committee.
