The Letter......my opinion

What is the sense of this letter other than to "bawl out" the BOD and Jim Turley? The problem of the SP has been created where none needed to exist. After we went to the 90's following the settlement, we were led to believe that PTSC "lost" the case and that PTSC had called for the settlement, in spite of the fact that NOTHING indicated any of this. Then the daily bashing of management went on and on and on. Surprise! The price dropped. Then came the rumors regarding a buy-out, an SEC investigation, class action law suit and a take over by "supposed" shareholders. The price stayed down.
The Agora board went from a center for information, to a haven for traders and flippers. Now that the problem that was created is still with us; and knowing that the BOD and Jim Turley are still bound by an NDA, there is further harassment of the company with questions that are unnecessary, unanswerable due to the NDA and regarding the one about personal finances, just nobody’s business.
The gang here reminds me of the operation of the Federal Government........create a problem and then give us another program to solve it. The result is rarely positive, only expensive.
I’m suggesting that if you keep messing with PTSC, mid-April will never come. Demanding that answers to all these "wonderful" questions come now and almost asking out loud for the NDA to be violated is not what I want and I suspect that there are others out there who share my concerns. It has been insinuated by those praising the letter from "shareholders" that the questions "better be" answered now. Sorry for being so supportive of PTSC management, but they are way to smart to do anything that stupid!
Now, what’s next? More bashing, more rumors, more suggestions of "nothing being done"? When is the other shoe going to drop? The timing of this letter, which could have easily been held off until after the April financials seems very odd. While it may offer solace to the "nervous nellies" for the moment, it will do nothing to help us now.
In my opinion, Mr. Turley is now and always has been what was referred to in an earlier post as "a perfect fit for PTSC" and he will continue working at taking the company forward in spite of the beating that a few here give him constantly. I have no regrets about not signing on to this letter.
