IMPORTANT... Read # 12............On 2/7 the letter asks for permission for Brian to post.....

Unified and putting ego aside, hey we have a ton of shares ...With our large share count if we decide to do what's best for us all and not nit pick with each other about who is right we can make changes.....

WE HAVE TO LOOK AT THE BIG PICTURE.....When reading a letter as this NO ONE will agree with every point made........The big picture is that as a whole such a letter is in agreement with the vast majority of your thought process......You must look at it this way instead of throwing the baby out with the bath water because a few points were NOT your thoughts or because 20% of the proposal just does not sit well......

Please read this letter over and over and lets all get on the same page.......I am flexable, are the rest of you.....Larry
