You asked so I'm going to open up Pandora's Box.

 In order for this to happen you would most likely have to have a meger of TPL & PTSC, thus taking PTSC shares off the market and just have TPL divide up the Revenues(fairly). In otherwords become a private company like TPL just think about how much money the TPL principals are making on the settlements without any shareholders to share with.

I know this meger thing has many twists to it, and alot of people may respond unfavorable, so I most likely will just go back to lurk mode. I'm not playing games here but do have better things to do that get into the daily bickering & name calling.
