That's right. Without such a action, we still would stay somewhere in court or be in the hands of S/L etc. and maybe wouldn't own only 1$ in our account. Alternatives were rare at that time.

However, we've also learnt that TPL over the last years has more or less taken control of nealry everything and PTSC is just allowed to do what TPL wants to do. We got the money from the MMP and hereby lost our indepandance!!!!!!
