Please show me any other reasonable possibility, which would have ensured Patriot would be alive today and would have brought about 80-100mio$ in revenue and will bring several hundreds of millions in the future - only because of the joint venture with TPL.

I'm really anxious to know, what would have been your solution in PTSC's situation 2005.
