So... If the deal w/ Swartzy ends 5-31..... I would guess it will be that He/PTSC will have planned for him to also basically be out of shares by then.. I would guess that he dumped 15+M sh thru Nov/Dec (Feb 13-G).. leaving him with some to finish off thru April's Q and then potentially into and thru May (5-31).... If this is the case.. I would expect to see a nice run up thru those two months inorder to accomodate him in relinquishing his remaining at more of a premium, certainly from where we currently reside.... Once last PR load for him to profit off....

Then CJ.. you dam well better be off the BOD
